Net Direct Lifted Trucks

I do not understand these negative reviews. This is my second time in five years purchasing from Net Direct and I could not be happier. I literally got the deal done by text, flew to Dallas, delivered a cashier's check, and drove home. It could not have been easier. They always have great-looking inventory. All my truck buddies are jealous because their stock trucks look like everyone else's. Their pricing is very reasonable. You could not install a Rough County lift kit and tow mirrors on your own for less. The customer service is outstanding. I arrived unannounced and they had the truck cleaned, gassed up, and ready to go in no time. I even noticed a missing piece of snap on trim a few days after I got home and they offered to reimburse me the cost from the Ford house. I don't know what else you could ask for in a truck-buying experience. Thank you G, Jerry, Trey & Shannon! You guys were great and I'll be back to buy from you when my 179 tax deduction qualifies again ; )

Awesome Team at Net Direct!! My experience with them all over the phone; texting and verbally and it was a superb process. My hat is off to a great group of people. They always responded promptly and with a helpful and can do attitude. My 2018 Tundra was bought unseen live but, now having it at hand I am totally satisfied; my first lifted truck! Larry

Bought a 2021 F-150 from them. I am out of Georgia and they made the entire process smooth! Shannon knocked it out of the park and answered any and all questions I had. I was worried most about shipping, after reading a few negative comments on google, but it was great. I had contact with dispatch the entire process. 10/10 would recommend and it is highly likely I will purchase another vehicle from them.

If you’re an out of state buyer just make the drive there. Save yourself a ton of time and just drive. This process took about 3 weeks thanks to UPS for loosing my trade in title in the mail. Which of course is not the dealerships fault but Shannon in finance definitely didn’t make things any easier or less stressful. Her attitude makes me not want to do business with them again. Danielle the sales rep and Jason in finance are amazing! And I cannot thank them enough for helping me through this process. A lot of phone calls and 3 weeks later, I have my truck and it’s amazing! The shipping company wow! Just wow! They are amazing! They picked my truck up and delivered it the same day and I was in contact with the driver the whole time! All in all if you buy from them, make sure you talk to Jason in finance he is amazing at his job!

I looked everywhere for MONTHS trying to find my 2019 Titan. I had a very specific truck I was looking for and refused to settle for less. I scoured the internet for hours, went to dealers (only to be swindled) and just about lost all hope until I found Net Direct Auto. I found the exact Titan I had wanted for the last 3 years. I spoke with Joe who guided me through the easiest truck buying experience I had ever had. It was a breeze talking to him about what I was looking for. I was slightly skeptical about ordering a vehicle remotely and having it shipped across the country, but Joe assured me that they had been in the game for years and lifted trucks are what they do! I placed my order, put down a heafty down payment of 20k (I had been saving for close to 3 years, bound and determined to secure my Titan). Within no time this beautiful truck was delivered from Fort Worth to my doorsteps appearing BETTER than what it looked in the photos online. Now I'm the proud owner of a 2019 Nissan Titan with a 5.0 Turbo Diesel Cummins, a true powerhouse and just such a beautiful truck to look at. I get so many compliments when I'm out and I always tell people about NetDirectAuto and how I could not have been happier with my experience. To anyone reading this, they are the real deal. What you see is what you get and they won't try to play you like a salesman. They genuinely care about their company and more importantly, they care about what they can do for you. This was made obvious when working with Joe and a few other folks who guided me through their car buying process. Trust me, if you go with NetDirect you will NOT be disappointed. They have my business in the future, that's for sure.

What a smooth experience. Saw these guys online, inquired about inventory. They got me approved and all paperwork done without ever leaving the office. They even deliver for cheap! Got to the lot and was immediately impressed with the presentation and friendliness of all the employees. I was in and out in an hour with my new truck.
